RUNA is the realist with a mothering nature. As wise as she is old, Runa is the beautiful, immortal witch her eight sisters look up to, respecting her decisions. But, even though her tough exterior and confidence show us a strong woman who can take on any obstacle, her heart aches for her lost love. One she can never have and shunned by him to live in the chambers of the Externsteine with her eight sisters--for eternity.
DAGMAR is the cynical and wild-card of the nine Hexen sisters. Over the years, her trust in Runa has faded, creating tension between the two. But, when it all comes down to it, her sisters are the most important to her. And, whatever decision has to be made, Dagmar makes it with the good of all of them in mind.
The winding cobblestone streets of EXTER were modeled after the ones in the hillside village of Schwalenberg, Germany.

The Nine Hexen
Towering over the Teutoburg Forest, The Externsteine have been the center of magick, superstition, and Druid lore for centuries.

EXTER introduces us to the Nine Druid Hexen sisters who dwell in the hallow chambers of The Externsteine. Back when the area was populated by Germanic Druids, it is said that Charlemagne rampaged through here, killing all who wouldn't follow him.

Meet Adelynn
Adelynn, the resourceful and determined daughter of EXTER's master blacksmith, is hardly the damsel-in-distress type. Can't handle a task? She'd be the one to call to get you out of hot water. Only this time, Adelynn is in it pretty deep and must trust the nine Hexen if she ever wants to return home.

The Cast-Off Heir
